Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MEP Electrical 3D models using Revit MEP/AutoCAD.
• Prepare electrical layouts, lighting, power distribution, cable trays, and containment models.
• Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks.
• Prepare drawings, documentation, and quantity take-offs.
• Support engineers and project teams in resolving technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and specifications.

Required Skills: Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM Coordination, Electrical MEP Modelling.
